Communal Babysitting?
How many of you out there have tried babysitting for your friends' kids when your friends go out and then switching off?
I have yet to try this, but I imagine this works well when a.) the kids get along and b.) they are old enough to stay up longer or sleep in beds.
Would love to hear peoples' experiences with this.

Also, has anyone tried a nanny share for older kids? I have heard of it a lot for infants but not older kids.
